UDF urges Centre to establish independent examination authority and reform NEET system

The United Doctors Front has submitted a representation to the President of India and the Prime Minister seeking the replacement of the National Testing Agency with an independent statutory National Examination Authority created through an Act of Parliament. The organisation has also sought institutional reforms, protection of medical personnel during public gatherings, dialogue with NEET aspirants, lawful examination of complaints and measures to improve transparency, accountability and public confidence in national entrance examinations.
