Rohtak village turns wedding hall into library to chase 1st IAS dream

A village in Rohtak, Haryana, has transformed a former wedding hall into a modern community library to support students preparing for competitive exams. Built through local contributions, the facility offers free books, Wi-Fi, computers, coaching, and mentorship. Run by Utthan Yuva Vikas Samiti with panchayat support, the library aims to create the village’s first IAS officer. The initiative has already helped students achieve success in government jobs, NEET, and higher education.
