Odisha records 14,758 rise in UG admissions under KG to PG free education scheme

The Odisha government's KG to PG free education scheme has significantly increased undergraduate enrolments this academic season. This initiative has led to an enrolment of 1,78,937 students in regular undergraduate courses. Aspirational districts like Kalahandi and Koraput have reported high admission rates. Additionally, new posts have been created to strengthen the higher education infrastructure in the state.
