Sanskriti Sanvi, a postgraduate student at Chanakya University's School of Biosciences, has secured a place among the Top 10 winners of the D.E.S.I.G.N for BioE3 Challenge's September 2026 cycle. Her proposal, STELLA, outlines an indigenous simulation chamber to study how microorganisms respond to space-related environmental stresses. She will receive ₹1 lakh and can submit a detailed proposal for a potential RDI grant of up to ₹25 lakh to advance the concept.
