Can EPFO recover PF money after employer’s violation? Telangana HC delivers key ruling

The Telangana High Court has ruled that EPFO cannot recover provident fund dues from an employee for an employer's alleged violation of EPF rules. The court said liability for transferring PF accumulations after surrender of the exemption rests with the employer and trust.
