Assam DHE makes SAMARTH Portal mandatory for NEP 2020 student migration and lateral entry

Assam's Directorate of Higher Education mandates SAMARTH Portal for all student migrations. This new rule applies immediately to all state universities and colleges. The online process ensures transparent implementation of NEP 2020 provisions. Offline or manual migration methods are strictly prohibited by the Directorate. Unauthorized migrations will not be recognized for any academic or administrative purposes.
